Good Afternoon Mr. Powell, 
It's been approximately 24 hours or less since the concrete was poured around our building yesterday. It was my understanding that a path was being left for the occupants of 303 N. Washington Avenue. 
Today Carl has poured that path with concrete blocking the upstairs tenants and Gwen Volk's executive assistant in the building.

Please advise if it's ok for them to walk on the concrete prior to the 48 hour time frame previously given to us, or what steps they should take.
